The 64-acre Buck Hill Conservation Area is owned and managed by the Town of Veazie, with volunteer assistance from VLC. Access is through Greystone Trailer Park to Mutton Lane. American chestnut trees were planted in spring of 2005. The property has a two-mile loop trail through a variety of habitat types, including open fields and streams.
